Technical Writing

ATP has considerable expertise and experience in the specialised business of the production of technical publications and documentation, to stringent Defence and Industry specifications and standards.

ATP has produced publications for many areas of Defence including the RAAF, GWEO, RAN and DSTO. Defence standards ADFP 102 and DEF(AUST)5629B form the basis of all documentation produced for Defence.

For Industry ATP has produced a large range of operating manuals, maintenance manuals, and illustrated parts lists conforming to industry standards and conventions, and individual client requirements.

Documents are produced using a range of writing tools and formats, including Adobe Framemaker, Microsoft Word, XML and HGML. Graphics and illustrations are created with different packages including Corel Draw/Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, and CAD Software.

Finished publications and documents are delivered in hard copy or electronic format.
